Student and Academic Information

We may share relevant student information with the tutor assigned to a student when that information is reasonably necessary to provide effective services. Tutors are expected to respect the confidentiality of students and families and to use student information only for purposes related to the tutoring relationship.

We may use trusted companies to help operate our business, such as website hosting, email, scheduling, payment processing, videoconferencing, and similar services. For example, appointment scheduling may be provided through Calendly.

Children’s Privacy
Level Up Academics provides educational services to minors, but parents or guardians are generally responsible for providing personal information through our website and arranging services for younger students. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information online directly from children under 13 without appropriate parent or guardian involvement or consent.

We consider communications among families, students, tutors, and Level Up Academics to be private.
