FOR FAMILIES
You Know Your Child. We Help You Find the Right Support.
Parents often know when something is not working long before they know exactly how to fix it.

Maybe homework has become a nightly struggle. Maybe grades have started slipping. Maybe your student understands the material but lacks confidence. Maybe school is too easy and your child needs greater challenge. Maybe your student has specific learning needs and finding someone patient enough to understand them has been difficult.
Whatever brought you here, you do not need to have the solution before reaching out. That is what the conversation is for.
We Listen to Parents and Students
The parent’s perspective matters.
So does the student’s.
We want to hear from both.
Parents often see patterns, frustrations, and concerns that may not be obvious at school. Students can tell us what feels difficult, what makes them uncomfortable, what helps them learn, and what they wish adults understood. Together, those perspectives help us make a better tutor match.
What We Want to Understand
During the initial conversation, we may talk about the student’s current classes, academic strengths, difficult subjects, grades, learning style, confidence, school experience, scheduling, goals, and any individualized academic needs the family believes are important.
You can share as much or as little as you feel is appropriate.
The purpose is not to judge a student. It is to understand how we can support them.

We Find the Right Next Step
You do not have to know which service to choose. Start by telling us about your student. We will help you determine what kind of support may make sense.
Finding the Right Tutor
A good tutor should know the material.
A great tutor should also know how to connect with the student.
We consider academic experience along with personality, patience, communication style, availability, and the student’s individual needs.
If a match does not feel right, we want families to tell us.
The goal is not simply to fill an appointment. The goal is to create a tutoring relationship that works.
What Happens Next
Once you contact Level Up Academics, we begin with a conversation.
From there, we evaluate the student’s needs and determine what kind of tutor or academic support may be appropriate.
If we believe we can help, we begin the matching process and discuss scheduling and next steps.
There is no expectation that parents arrive knowing exactly which service to choose.
Start by telling us about your student.
Support Today. Greater Possibilities Tomorrow.
Academic challenges can feel overwhelming when a family is trying to solve them alone. The right tutor can make school feel more manageable, help a student regain confidence, and give parents reassurance that someone is paying attention.
